Traxn (“Traxn”, “we”, “us”), a product of Escappa Concept LLP, provides software that helps hosts publish booking websites and accept online payments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors of traxn.ai (and related Traxn marketing pages), host accounts on Traxn, and guests who book stays through websites powered by Traxn.
Information we collect
- Account data. Name, email address, password hash, plan tier, and site settings you provide when you sign up or manage a property.
- Property and content data. Site copy, photos you upload, unit details, pricing, calendars, and related configuration.
- Booking and guest data. Guest name, email, phone, stay dates, guest count, and booking status when a guest books through a Traxn-powered site.
- Payment data. Payment amounts, order references, and payment status. Card and UPI details are collected and processed by our payment partner (for example Razorpay). Traxn does not store full card numbers on its servers.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Traxn platform
- Process bookings and deposits on behalf of hosts
- Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse
- Send transactional messages (for example booking or account notices)
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests
Legal bases (where applicable)
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in operating a secure product, and where required by law. Where consent is needed for a specific use, we will ask for it.
Sharing
We may share information with:
- Hosts. Guest booking details needed to fulfill a stay
- Payment processors. To collect deposits and verify payments
- Infrastructure providers. Hosting, storage, and email delivery vendors that process data on our instructions
- Authorities. When required by applicable law
We do not sell personal information.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security. We may use limited analytics to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep account and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your host account subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International transfers
If we process data in more than one country, we take steps designed to protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.
Your choices
- Update account details from your Traxn dashboard
- Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us
- Opt out of non-essential marketing emails where offered
Children
Traxn is not directed at children under 18. If you believe we have collected a child’s data in error, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of Traxn after an update means you accept the revised policy.
